Kavi Labs LLP · Software, AI & Cloud Platforms

Licensing

Own it, license it, or have us run it.

The platform was built so that the things partners most often want changed are data or configuration rather than code. That is why they are measured in days and weeks.

Four structures

  1. 01

    Full transfer

Ownership of the platform and its intellectual property passes to you outright, with the source, the deployment and the documentation.

FitsWhen the platform is to become your asset, on your balance sheet, under your name.

  2. 02

    Licence

You operate the platform under commercial terms, with the intellectual property staying with the LLP. Scope, territory and term are set per agreement.

FitsWhen you want the capability without taking on ownership of the codebase.

  3. 03

    White-label

The platform carries your identity end to end — name, mark, colour system, typography, domain and deployment.

FitsWhen the product must read as yours to everyone who uses it.

  4. 04

    Operated

We run it. Collection, analysis, infrastructure, monitoring and repair stay with the team that built the platform.

FitsWhen you want the output and not an engineering department.

Commercial terms are set per market and per partner, and are discussed directly rather than published.

What can be shaped around you

Identity
Product name, mark, complete colour system, typography, your own domain and deployment.
Coverage
Additional sources, regions and languages; higher collection frequency.
Experience
Interface language, restructured feeds, notifications, scheduled digests.
Intelligence layer
A private view for the owner alone — trends over time, per-source scorecards, tracked topics, alerts, full export of your own archive.
Scale
Going from tens of sources to hundreds is a capacity exercise, not a rebuild.

The one thing that does not change

Analytical output is never tuned in favour of any person, party or organisation.

This is a commercial position rather than a moral one. The worth of an instrument rests entirely on its readings coming from a consistent method. A measurement that adjusts for whoever is paying measures nothing at all — and a transparency product discovered to have been tuned for its owner is not a small embarrassment.

Everything about the instrument is adjustable. The reading it produces is not. That is what makes the reading worth having.
